H. Lee Pulley, CPA, has been practicing public accounting in the Memphis area for over 25 years. After working with a national CPA firm and a large regional firm, he became CFO of an international chemical broker and manufacturer in 1984. In 1986, Mr. Pulley established his CPA firm to provide the type of personalized financial services that he felt was needed in the marketplace.
Pulley & Associates, CPA's was originally established as a partnership in 1986, and later became a Tennessee Limited Liability Company in 1999. Mr. Pulley has acted as the managing member since that time.
Mr. Pulley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and has written tax and accounting articles for trade publications and provides seminars and speeches for various groups and organizations in Memphis and the Mid-South.
